Thesis Submission Made Simple: Guidelines for Graduate Students 🎓

The School of Graduate Studies, University of Ghana, wishes to inform all graduate students that the thesis and dissertation submission process has been digitized. Students are now required to submit their final works directly through the official Thesis Tracker. 

To ensure a seamless submission process, please review the required and optional documentation details below before logging into the portal. 

Checklist for Thesis Submission

Required Documents (Mandatory for all submissions):

• Thesis/Dissertation: Must be uploaded strictly in PDF format. 
• Turnitin Report: Must show a similarity index of not more than 20%. 
• Financial Clearance: Official proof of financial clearance from the university. 
• Student Submission Form: Fully completed and signed submission form. 

Other Optional Documents (Submit only if applicable to your case):

• Extension Letter: If you were granted an official extension for your program. 
• Readmission Letter: Required for students returning from an approved leave. 
• Justification Letter: For exceptional cases requiring explanation regarding a high plagiarism score.
